“Delivery of non-document packages to homes, offices, factories, airports, airplanes, and other workplaces, which may include consumables from cooperative societies, supermarkets or any other items from other places. The service can be through fully or semi self-driving vehicles, or any other type developed in the future, which can be used to transport and deliver materials according to the designated vehicles.”
- Acceptance of Terms : By accessing or using our application, and our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.
- Changes to Terms : We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
- Use of the Flashify mobile application : You may use our application for non-personal purposes only. We strictly and only deliver for duly registered businesses in UAE with a valid Trade License. You agree not to use our website or Flashify mobile application for any personal, illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- User Accounts : You may need to create an account to use certain features of our website. and mobile application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- Delivery Services : We provide delivery services as described on our website. and mobile application. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location or individual.
- Delivery Fees : Delivery fees are based on the distance of the delivery location and some other factors. You agree to pay the delivery fee displayed on our mobile application at the time of placing your order.
- Delivery Times : Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, and other factors beyond our control.
- Cancellation and Refunds : Orders may be cancelled or modified up to a certain point, as specified on our website. Refunds will be provided in accordance with our refund policy.
- Liability : We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or our services.
User hereby agrees to,
- Use delivery services only for the products mentioned above which falls under the activities covered in partner’s Trade License.
- Not to use the services of the service provider to deliver shipments contain illegal contents such as drugs, weapons or any other content which is illegal under the law of United Arab Emirates.
- Not to use the services of the service provider to deliver shipments contain currencies, stamps, credit cards. Identification documents, deeds, valuable items, passports, or any other documents nor any content which does not covered in the scope defined in above.
- Take all the necessary regulatory approvals, certificates, licenses, and permits from competent regulatory bodies for the contents of the shipment and take full responsibility of the shipment.
- Provide correct information to the service provider about the contents, size, weight, and value information of the shipments at the time of order request take the complete responsibility of the legal or any other matters rose because of providing incorrect information about the shipment and indemnify service provider of such incidents.
- Take the full responsibility of insuring the contents of the shipments whenever partner deemed necessary and agree that service provider will not insure the shipments.
